Agreed Usage Policy

You agree, through your use of the DHUK forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not humorous and legal actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate on this DHUK forum.

Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on the DHUK forum. Please remember whilst this forum is moderated we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of DHUK. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify a moderator or the administrator of this forum immediately. We have the rights to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well.

You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time. The administrator's decision is final.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum. We at this DHUK forum also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.

After you register and log into the DHUK forum, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this YaBB forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

This forum now operates a "3 strike" system. If we consider you to have offended 3 times, we reserve the right to ban or remove you from the forum. On each occasion you will be contacted by the forum administrator and reminded of this policy. Please be aware that the administrator's opinion is final in all cases.

Everyone is invited to participate, you do have to be a member to post replies or even to start a new thread. As a member you get access to Email Notification, Messaging and the forum will highlight threads which you have not read, and those with new posts. This Agreed Usage Policy will be applied by Forum Moderators and Admins to all posts. We hope this makes the forum a friendly, useful and informative place to post

One thing we do ask is that you try not to "hijack" other threads:

* If you have advice which may help a poster, excellent, please reply to them.

* Equally if you have the same problem as one which somebody has already posted, feel free to share your own experiences, it may help to solve both of your problems.

* However, if your problem is not very closely related to an existing thread, please start a new one. Tagging unrelated questions onto existing threads makes them extremely difficult to follow.

* When posting a new topic, a meaningful subject line is likely to get a better response than a meaningless or generic one. For example, a Subject of "Housebuying after Discharge from Bankruptcy" is better than a subject of "HELP!".

Thank you and enjoy the forum.
DHUK Moderators.
